主要研究方向:有機太陽能電池,鈣鈦礦太陽能電池,光探測等

重點圍繞“材料化學-形貌物理-衰減機制-器件工程”的研究鏈條開展目標導向性基礎研究,解決光電領域中關鍵科學問題和關鍵技術問題。其涉及的主要研究內容為:1.高效、穩定光電轉換材料的理性設計與可控制備;2.光電材料與器件中的結構和表面界面分析與研究;3.不同光電體系的工作機理及其動力學本質;4.材料與器件衰減機制以及相關封裝技術的研發。
